my recent stay in angouleme exceeded expectations! ibis budget staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us, even ordering takeaway. the hotel was clean and functional with a comfortable bed. the petit-dejeuner was tasty, including buttery croissants and fruit salad.
